By singing up to one of the above plans you agree to the terms and conditions below

T&Cs

First payment will be taken on the day of signing up and each month thereafter. All appointments must be booked via Glowday booking site. First injectable treatment must be booked after two paid months of membership. Skin treatments can be used immediately. Yearly bonus will be renewed on date of initial membership, must be written on booking notes prior to appointment. Contract length is 12 months and will auto-renew. Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to renewal in writing. Treatments cannot be carried over into a new year. You must give 48 hours notice of any rescheduled appointments or cancellations, unless in the case of an emergency in which case enforcement of cancellation policy will be at the discretion of the company. No shows will be charged 30% of full price treatment as per our booking fee Terms and Conditions. All treatments are subject to eligibility criteria based upon the practitioners medical assessment and professional recommendation. Dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments per year cannot exceed recommended maintenance guidance. For Dermal filler this may be between 6-12 months, for anti-wrinkle treatment this is 12 weeks. Sculptra treatments are classified as two injectable treatments. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, you will be notified of these changes via email. All patients booking anti-wrinkle treatment must have a 'New Patient Appointment' with Nurse Theresa two weeks prior to having treatment. Treatment will be subject to medical eligibility criteria and the practitioners decision to proceed with treatment.
