First payment will be taken on the day of signing up. If you sign up via the link in the Monthly Subscriptions page, you will be redirected to our GoCardless scheme and payments will be debited on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you sign up via our product page, payment will be taken on the date of signing up and the same date each month thereafter. All appointments must be booked via Glowday booking site. First injectable treatment must be booked after two paid months of membership. Skin treatments can be used immediately. Yearly bonus will be renewed on date of initial membership. Minimum sign up term is 3 months, you may cancel any time thereafter however must notify us in writing of your cancellation 30 days prior to cancelling. Any discounted injectable treatments within specified monthly window must be repaid in full if membership is cancelled prior to this period ending. For example, if you have been on the Luxury membership for 10 months but have utilised the full 4 injectable treatments allowance within a 12 month period, you must pay the difference between discounted and full price for the final treatment that the membership has not covered. Treatments cannot be carried over into a new year and must be utilised within the monthly time frame outlined in the package breakdown. You must give 48 hours notice of any rescheduled appointments or cancellations, unless in the case of an emergency. If this notice period is not adhered to you may be liable to a cancellation fee of 25% of the full price treatment as per our booking Terms and Conditions. No shows will be charged 30% of full price treatment as per our booking fee Terms and Conditions. All treatments are subject to eligibility criteria based upon the practitioners medical assessment and professional recommendation. Dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments per year cannot exceed recommended maintenance guidance. For Dermal filler this may be between 6-12 months, for anti-wrinkle treatment this is 12 weeks. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, you will be notified of these changes via email.
